Education is the way to a better future.

The Kabale Education Fund was established in June, 2010 as a United States 501-C not for profit charity organization. Our mission is to support the Catholic education of children & young adults in the Kabale Diocese in Uganda. In 2006, Fr. Justus Kiiza was sent by Bishop Callist Rubaramira to pursue his masters degree in business administration at the University of Portland. During his time at University, Fr. Justus assisted parishes in the Seattle archdiocese, primarily St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Camas, Washington. During his time in Washington, we learned about the great challenges faced by the people of Kabale. One of the greatest needs is for education opportunities for both children and adults. The Fr. Justus Kabale Education Fund is dedicated to supporting education projects for elementary, secondary, and trade schools across the Kabale diocese.

For I know well the plans I have in mind for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for woe, so as to give you a future of hope.
